I was very impressed with Jackson Property throughout my entire process of buying my first home. As a first time buyer, this can be a very daunting process, but they were very helpful and quick at replying to any emails. Michelle Mantle, in particular, was incredibly helpful and dealt with all my many questions! Her help was very appreciated and I would most definitely recommend Jackson's as a result of the excellent customer service she provided. After contracts were exchanged, Michelle provided me with a hamper of goodies, which was a very thoughtful touch - it included essentials like toilet roll, zoflora, bin bags, a home magazine, biscuits, popcorn and tea bags,amongst more, which were very useful in the first days of moving in when you're living out of boxes!
