An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced lettings negotiator to join our company. This is an exciting and varied role working as part of our successful lettings team, headed by Mandy Edwards. The job will involve working in a busy, fast paced office environment. 

The successful candidate must be able to multi-task, work well under pressure, possess an excellent telephone manner and be well-presented. We are looking for team player, someone who can build relationships and provide a great impression of the business.

Full UK Driving License - Confident - Organised - Team Player – Enjoyment in Property
Areas Covered: Herefordshire & surrounding regions.

The role will involve assisting with many aspects of our letting agency business, from valuations, client onboarding to tenancy move ins: Day to day duties include, but not limited to:
Booking viewings & valuations of properties in & around Ludlow

• Liaising with landlords to discuss valuations marketing activity
• Arranging & conducting viewings | Dealing with enquiries
• Negotiating offers and agreeing let deals
• Helping with Inventories and Inspections
• Ensuring current legislation and regulations are adhered to
• Providing a professional and courtesy approach to all clients
• Any other duties as directed by the Lettings Director
• Assisting with social media pages for lettings

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• A minimum of 1 year’s lettings or Estate Agency
• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A professional manner and a great team player.
• Full UK Driving License
• Be confident to make decisions but know when to seek further advice.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30 pm. Occasional Saturdays 9:00am- 1:00pm
Salary & Commission: Basic £25,000- £27,500 per annum (dependent upon experience)
Realistic OTE with Commission - £32,500-£35,000
