Description Geruddi-Duon Farmhouse dates back to 1475, and was originally a Gwysaney Estate farmstead first shown on the map in 1839 and latterly underwent extensive remodelling and extendtion with an attached stable and cart shed. The house in its present form is shown on the 1870 Ordnance Survey Map. Historically the property was a public house in the 1800's.

The property is accessed from the A451 via a traditional double gated entrance, lined with a mature deciduous and conniforous treeline including Sycamore, yew, oak, pine and and conifers.
