To help us continue our growth, we’re seeking for 2 Valuers/Property Consultants for the Sales Departments in Hereford & Leominster Branches.

Job Role

  • Create new business opportunities for properties coming to the market

  • Conduct valuations and bring properties to the market with in depth video tours, photography & floorplans

  • Maximise the Jackson Property brand within the region and bringing in further working relations with the Equestrian arm to the business

  • Register applicants & sellers, conduct viewings, valuations and provide client feedback on a daily basis

  • Assist with sales progression and administrative duties

  • Any other duties that will involve bringing properties to the market and updating clients on a regular basis.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experienced to Senior Negotiator/Valuer Level

  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team

  • Must be able to use modern technology platforms

  • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines for selling a property

  • Flexibility to go the extra mile for clients, networking events and helping colleagues

  • A full UK Driving License

Working hours to be discussed, but as an example Monday - Friday 9-5:30 with circa 26 Saturdays a year (open to negotiation for the right candidates). The salary is to be a basic salary plus a commission structure. Business mileage to be paid at 45p per mile.
