Christmas season traditionally brings record numbers to property portals such as Rightmove, Boomin, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and other portals
, of around 30 million people looking for a new home between December 26th and New Year’s Eve, with Boxing Day usually being the peak day for searches and increased traffic of around 231%!

So, we like to do a little (or should I say BIG!) campaign called ‘DO NOT DISTURB’. This means we will put your property in front of the right people at the right time by launching your property on Boxing Day, meaning you can enjoy your Christmas with family and friends without having to present your home to potential buyers.

We will visit your home, advise on the best pricing strategy, prepare all the marketing (including eye-catching photography (before you put up your Christmas decorations), floorplan and social media campaign) and then launch your property to the market on Boxing Day, which ensures your property is positioned correctly in front of that captive buying audience. But we will not disturb you with viewings until early 2022, unless agreed otherwise.

In the recent years our DO NOT DISTURB campaign has been a huge success! In 2019 and 2020 we launched and adjusted over 30 properties each year on Boxing Day, agreeing lots of sales on these properties in January 2020 and January 2021.
