So, most children in Herefordshire are now back at school after the long lockdown break, young adults are getting ready to venture back to universities for another academic year. Education is in the air, and it’s good for everyone, especially parents and carers suffering from home-schooling burnout (not an official medical condition but you get my point).

According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the oldest person to graduate from university was Shigemi Hirata from Japan who was 96 years old when he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2016.

Which goes to show that you shouldn’t put a time limit on acquiring knowledge.
