Hereford Enterprise Zone - Priority Space first phase completed

We have completed the first phase of a 61,000 sq. ft speculative development at Hereford Enterprise Zone.

The development called Centenary Park comprises 17,000 sq. ft of industrial and warehouse space, and 14,708 sq. ft of office suites in the scheme's Stirling House.

It's part of an £8 million commitment by the Hunt Group Limited and Herefordshire County Council to build 60 speculative units at the 110-acre site for small to medium-sized businesses.

Eight out of the nine industrial units on phase one have already exchanged or have entered solicitors' hands. Unit 14, which is a 3,000 sq. ft unit, remains available. Four office suites in Stirling House will be let by an international company and 20 office units remain available.

Adam Richardson, co-director at Priority Space, said: “We have worked closely with the zone team to get this development off the ground and are delighted to complete the first phase which has already helped to meet the demand for industrial stock and office space in the area.”
