8 out of 8 sales!Our clients approached us with various pieces of land across Hereford and surrounding areas, things that had been broken up from previous developments or acquired over time.The advice was to take all the lots to Auction on 31st July 2019 and hold the event and The Green Dragon Hotel, liaising once again with a business that is going through a big refurbishment.The Hereford Office were tasked with marketing the pieces of land for approximately 4 weeks prior to the auction. Ranging from a guide of £100 up to £125,000. Receiving multiple offers prior to the auction date, our instructions from solicitors and the trust were to accept no bids and put all the lots into the event.Its safe to say that with our 2 auctioneers, Bill Jackson & Paul Morris, along with Matthew Hayes & Louise Price of Harrison Clarke Rickerbys (inc Gordon Lutton), the event was a huge success with 8 lots selling above guide priceOverall, the lots had a guide of £140,950, eventually falling under the hammer for £253,950.
